At Preamble Initiatives, we believe the wellbeing of every single person is fundamentally important. The work we do at Preamble is a reflection of that belief. We are driven by the same values that have driven Americans since the earliest days, as reflected in the Preamble to the Constitution, which states:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Becca Rieckhoff
Becca is an attorney and public health advocate based in Chicago. Throughout her career, Becca has supported local governments, public health professionals, and community-based organizations on issues related to good governance, the social determinants of health, and health equity. Becca brings experience in public health policy, gun violence reduction, special education, civil rights, health care regulation, and food and drug regulation to her work at Preamble.

Isaac Green.
Isaac is Chicago-based attorney with expertise in public benefits, gun violence recovery, public policy and civil rights impact litigation. His experience as a practicing attorney includes work at ACLU of Illinois, Sidley Austin LLP, and Legal Aid Chicago. Isaac serves as Chief Executive Officer of Iceberg Enterprises, a small plastics manufacturing business. Isaac is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, teaching legal ethics in trial advocacy.
